- What is an Affiliate?
An Affiliate is someone who directs Internet users toward a company's web site in exchange for payment of some kind. In our case, Affiliates promote our site ApproveMail.com by using banners on their own websites or including links in emails. Your referred traffic and sales are tracked through your own unique Affiliate Link which is assigned to you when you join. Our Affiliates are ApproveMail users, as well as independent webmasters and strategic partners who promote our site. Nearly anyone 18 or older can become an Affiliate!
- What is the ApproveCash Affiliate Program, and how does it relate to the ApproveMail Email Service?
ApproveCash is the Affiliate division of ApproveMail. The ApproveCash Affiliate Program is a win-win partnership between Affiliates and ApproveMail. Our Affiliates are generously compensated for promoting a valuable service that is in high demand. We operate our own Affiliate Program using sophisticated tracking software, allowing us to respond quickly to the needs of all our Affiliates. We appreciate and respect our Affiliates and want to help you succeed however we can. Your success is our success!
- How do I become an Affiliate?
There are two ways to become an Affiliate:
1) Sign up for an ApproveMail email account. Anyone who signs up for an ApproveMail account is automatically registered in the ApproveCash Affiliate Program. If you are an ApproveMail member you DO NOT need to sign up for a separate Affiliate Account. You may choose not to participate, but should you decide you wouldn't mind making a little extra cash, you can start promoting the site at any time.
2) Anyone who has a website or runs email or other marketing campaigns (NO SPAM!) and does not want an ApproveMail email account can become an Affiliate by registering here now!
- How much does ApproveCash pay?
ApproveCash pays a flat commission of up to 60% of the membership fee for every per paid subscriber whom you refer via your linking code. For every business account you refer you earn 50% of the combined activation fee and first month's membership fee. For Business Account referrals you could receive commissions of over $100 per referral!

- Does it cost anything to participate in the ApproveCash Affiliate Program? Are there any fees deducted from my payouts?
Participation in the ApproveCash Affiliate Program is absolutely free. There are no fees of any kind. You earn up to $13.50 commission per individual active subscriber, or possibly over $100 for every business accout you refer (plus an additional 10% commission for anyone they refer)! We are not like some other affiliate programs that actually expect YOU to pay for the "privilege" of promoting their product or service. Anyone who is a member of ApproveMail, has a website, or runs email or other marketing campaigns, can be an Affiliate. Start earning money today!
- What promotional tools are available and how do I access them?
We offer a variety of promotional tools, including banners, full page, half page and pop-up console ads as well as buttons and text links. You can access these tools after logging in to your ApproveCash account. Of course, we have a strict NO SPAMMING policy. Anyone caught spamming in any form whatsoever will be removed from the program without pay. Additionally, you may develop your own advertising as long as you do not misrepresent our site and/or services. We may also be able to provide custom banners or marketing materials if you have specific needs. Please send such requests to support@approvecash.com.
- I am an ApproveMail member, but don't have a website. How can I promote ApproveMail and make commissions?
You can choose to automatically include your Affiliate link in a footer on your outgoing email. This convenient option is built into the email interface and works the same way as a banner displayed on a website. If someone clicks on your link from the email and signs up for a successfully charged paid subscription on ApproveMail you will be paid commission according to the above outlined payscale per active subscriber (plus an additional 10% commission for anyone they refer)! Be sure to display your affiliate link on your outgoing mail to maximize your commissions!
- Do I need an ApproveMail account in order to sign-up for ApproveCash, or vice-versa?
If you sign up for an ApproveMail account you will automatically be registered for the ApproveCash Affiliate Program, so you don't need to sign up separately for ApproveCash. If you do not want an ApproveMail account at this time, you can still promote the site by signing up directly for an ApproveCash account. Keep in mind, however, that many of our Affiliates pick up extra cash simply by including their Affiliate link on the bottom of mail sent from their ApproveMail account!
- Can I sign up as an Affiliate if I live outside the U.S.?
We allow Affiliates from most countries, but we do have a few restrictions. You should consult our Terms of Service if you are concerned about this. We will not issue payment to any person or entity from a country that is not allowed.
- How are you able to know which Affiliate generated which sale?
Each Affiliate has a unique Affiliate ID tracking code which is included in their links. This number is tracked through the sale so every Affiliate will get appropriate credit.
- I don't see my linking code on the address bar when I test my link, are my links being tracked?
Because we use cookies to track the links, you will not see your code on the address bar. Rest assured your traffic is being tracked and you are being credited for your referrals.
- Can I sign up for ApproveMail using my own Affiliate link?
No. When you sign up with ApproveMail you will be enrolled in the Affiliate program and assigned a unique Affiliate ID which is intended to be used for new membership sign-ups only. You can, however, earn commissions by having all of your friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else sign up using your referral link. You cannot sign up for your own membership through your own Affiliate account. If you do this, you will not be paid.
- How do I get the code for the links to put on my website?
Your Affiliate link code is available inside your ApproveCash stats interface. You can login directly from inside your ApproveMail interface, or by logging-in at ApproveCash.com. Each banner will display its own specific code to be used on your site. Banners cannot be hotlinked, they must be loaded from your site.
- Can I place Affiliate links on multiple websites?
Absolutely! As an Affiliate you can promote ApproveMail on as many sites as you like. The more the better! As long as you are not spamming in any way, shape or form, you have a lot of freedom in how you choose to promote our site.
- Can you help me with my website to make more money?

- How do I change my email address or other account information?
You can update your account information after logging-in to your account. Follow the "Account Info" link on the menu.
- I can't login to my account. What can I do to fix this?
First, delete any ApproveCash.com cookies or bookmarks, along with your temporary internet files. After doing this, shut down your browser and then restart it and try logging in again. If this does not do the trick then try checking your browser's security settings and ensure that your browser accepts cookies from ApproveCash.com. If you are still having problems email Affiliate Support. Include the following information: Your Affiliate ID, the email address you used to sign-up, your operating system, your browser name and version.
- How do I see reports or statistics on my earnings or traffic?
You can access your ApproveCash stats at anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week:
If you have an ApproveMail email account: Log in to your ApproveMail email account and click on the "ApproveCash" link in the ApproveMail user interface. Then click the link which says "Launch Your ApproveCash Affiliate Interface."
If you have just an ApproveCash account: Log-in to your stats directly using the Affiliate ID and password you selected when signing up for an account at our Affiliate Login Page.
- How much can I earn?
The sky is the limit!!! We do not limit the amount of revenue our Affiliates can earn. How much you earn will depend on a variety of factors. Successful Internet marketers have worked very hard to get where they are today. What you make depends 100% on how much effort you put into it. If you work hard, there is no limit to how much you can earn.
- Will I receive an IRS form 1099-MISC?
The IRS requires that we issue form 1099-MISC if payouts to any individual or business in any given year are $600 or more. We do not require everyone with an Affiliate account to complete the W-9 unless their payouts reach this amount. Before paying any Affiliate $600 or more we will notify you via email with instructions to complete the required paperwork.
- Do you withhold any taxes?
Your Affiliate relationship with system9, LLC DBA ApproveMail.com and ApproveCash.com is not an employer/employee relationship, therefore, no federal or state taxes are withheld from your checks. You are solely responsible for the payment of taxes, if any.
- I earned some commissions a long time ago but never reached the minimum payout amount. I am starting to use my account again. Will I still receive this "old" money?
Yes, any commissions earned will be automatically carried-over to the next pay period until you reach the minimum payout amount. This includes all "old" money.
- Is there a limit to how much I will be paid in a given month, or do you send exactly what was made no matter how much?
As long as you reach the minimum payout amount of $50, you will be paid for all commissions due for any given month. However, in cases of suspected fraud there may be some delays while we conduct an investigation.
- How often are payments made and by what means?
Payments in the form of a check in U.S. funds are mailed by First Class U.S. Postage, and are sent out once per month on approximately the 15th of the month for any payments due up to the end of the prior month.
- What is the minimum payout amount? What happens if I don't earn the minimum payout amount in a given month?
The minimum payout amount is $50. All payments are made in U.S. funds. If you do not reach this minimum payout amount during the course of any given month, a payment will not be sent and the money earned will carry-over to the following month(s) and added to subsequent commissions until you reach the minimum payout amount, at which time it will be paid in full.
- What if I want to terminate my ApproveCash account?
Simply remove your Affiliate links from your website(s) and stop sending traffic.
- Can I get paid in currency other than U.S. dollars?
No, all our payments are made in U.S. funds.
- Do you make payments by wire transfer?
We will make wire transfer payments if you are earning over $500/mth in commissions. If you are, email us to make arrangements for this. Wire transfer fees will apply.
- My stats showed a commission as "pending" and now it is no longer there. What happened to it?
There are two possibilities: 1) When a referred user signs-up for an ApproveMail account, your commission will be shown as "pending" during the user's free trial period. If the user does not cancel their account during the free trial, and they are successfully charged a membership fee, the "pending" commission will be converted to "confirmed - not paid" status. Once you receive payment for that particular commission, its status will be updated to "Paid." 2) If the user cancels their account during the free trial period, the "pending" commission is deleted from your stats.
